When it was announced that our women’s team qualified for the National League Championship, I wanted to answer the call for fundraising and find a way to help.
If you have a home loan and you haven’t yet locked in your next interest rate, I’ll donate the $100 fee that the banks typically pay me for arranging it for you. This will also ensure that you’re getting the best interest rate available (plus I can provide some general advice on what might be the best rates for you, based on your circumstances).
Secondly, if you, your friends or your family use my services to obtain a new home loan*, I’ll donate $500 of the fee that the bank pays me, directly to our footy club. When I arrange a home loan with a bank, this is typically free of charge for my clients.
I’ll be making these donations for the duration of the championship. If your current interest rate runs beyond December, just let me know now and I’ll schedule it for a future re-fix - and I'll still donate the fee when the time comes to refix it, even if it's a year away from now.
