Why is there so much player movement between teams and positions withing your Advanced Player Pathway

Everything is about player first and individuals being helped to reach their potential. Best practice is that players get to experience all positions on the field at the beginning of their Junior years, and by the end of their Junior years they will likely only be rotation through the few positions that suit their play. We know that this approach is not necessarily aligned with winning a game, but it is the best way to develop players.
