Why am I not selected for Academy Plus

Selection will always be challenging and we have limited spaces for this programme. Selection is for 1 year and is based on the current performance in term four (the year before) and is based on the four corner model. The Four Corner model takes into account a players physical, mental, social/emotional and technical/tactical development.
