There is a lot of talk here about paid development, is this elitist?, Is the Club only focused on top players?

No, not at all. Most of what we do is Community Football. The number of players that are involved in our Advanced Player Pathways is small, and it is based on a full cost recovery. Ultimately we also need to look after these people as well, everyone has to have the opportunity to play the game wherever they want to or can. Most of our players have goals around having fun with their friends… some want to represent our country!
